Refund Policy

Last updated: 30 July 2026. This Policy applies to paid Syncdatanet enrollments invoiced offline. The website itself does not process payments.

Eligibility

Full refunds are available if you cancel in writing at least 14 days before the cohort start date and have not received downloadable lab packets. Partial refunds may apply when cancellation occurs between 13 and 7 days before start, typically 50% of tuition after administrative costs.

Timeframe to request

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of payment for unused seats, or within the cancellation windows above for scheduled cohorts. Requests outside these windows are reviewed case by case.

Conditions for full or partial refund

Full refunds require unused access credentials and return or certified deletion of any materials already delivered. Partial refunds apply when preparation work has begun (seat reservation, instructor allocation, or packet issuance) but live sessions have not started. After the first live session, tuition is generally non-refundable except as required by law or as noted under Exceptions.

Non-refundable items

Third-party examination fees, custom curriculum development already delivered, travel booked for on-site workshops, and completed private coaching hours are non-refundable.

Refund process

Email contact@syncdatanet.digital with your invoice number, cohort name, and reason for the request. We confirm eligibility within five business days and issue instructions for any material return.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method when possible. Bank transfers may take additional clearing time depending on your institution.

Cancellation by Syncdatanet

If we cancel a cohort, you may transfer to a later date or receive a full refund of tuition paid for that cohort.

Exceptions

Documented medical emergencies, mandatory military service, or Syncdatanet scheduling errors may qualify for alternate remedies such as credit toward a future cohort. Mandatory consumer protections under Korean law take precedence where they provide broader rights.
